Your QuickBooks Online company ID is a unique number used to identify your company. There are two ways to find your Company ID. From the Billing & Subscription page:
1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Account and Settings (or Company Settings).
2. Select Billing & Subscription. The Company ID will be in green at the top of the Billing & Subscription section.

Using shortcut keys
If you are on a specific screen and you don’t want to lose your work, you can also use keyboard shortcuts. Press CTRL + ALT + ? (for Windows) or Control + Option + ? (for Mac). A pop up window will appear with your company ID.

To locate your company number in QuickBooks Desktop:

Choose Help from the main menu
Select My License Information
Your customer number is found below

Password must contain a minimum of 7 characters, letters (upper and lower case), numbers and at least 1 non alphanumeric character like $, #, %, @, etc.
